Activities and outputs

The integrated schedule of the FAMILY programme pilot covers all activities carried out within Phase I (initial pilot) and Phase II (main pilot) and provides the organizational framework for the iterative development of the programme model. The schedule integrates implementation, monitoring, and evaluation activities, enabling systematic decision-making regarding programme modifications and transitions between subsequent stages of its development.

The project will be implemented in the following areas:

·         project management and coordination,

·         development and implementation of the FAMILY programme,

·         psychosocial and emotional support,

·         educational and social integration,

·         health counselling,

·         individual support for families,

·         communication and dissemination of results.

The expected outcomes of the FAMILY project include:

·         improved functioning of families as a system,

·         increased sense of safety and stability,

·         strengthened psychological resilience of families,

·         improved relationships and communication between family members,

·         increased ability of families to cope independently with challenges.

The results will serve as a reference point for further evaluation and validation activities of the programme.
